Video surveillance system with computer "eye-sight"
Video surveillance system with computer "eye-sight" is designed for 24 hour perimeter check-up and installations guarding (enterprises, warehouses, cottages, parkings etc) and city safety providing (places of mass people crowding, terminals, schools and etc) by automatic targets detection (people, cars) and recognition in real time with data feedback on emergencies to the response teams. This essentially new decision of maintenance of complex centralized protection of objects (border, industrial zones, nuclear stations, military bases, hydraulic engineering constructions, transport highways, the large industrial enterprises and so forth) In this system is realized the principle "one object - one operator ".
Video streams from both cameras are recorded into a distributed cyclic video archive (using MPEG4-tipy compression), and connected with it database containing all attributes saved: - type of target; - target ID; - numbers of video camera which are finding out target; - date and time of target occurrence and loss; - Large photos of target received from rotary (Slave) (from 1 up to 12 per each target); - video from rotary (Slave); - video fragments of behaviour of target with prior history. If necessary, an operator can directly see a live video of any target from a database.
The system provides recognition of situations (behaviour of target or mutual behaviour of targets), including: - detection of left subject; - a stop of target in the set zone more than set time; - detecting cumulative moving targets according to a direction of set vector; - repeated contacts of one person to others and so forth.
It can be adapted under concrete conditions of object or such as target.
Introduction of this system allows to reduce considerably costs of initial and operational periods, and the main thing, to get qualitatively new level of security owing to: reductions of state} of the attendants; practically full elimination of the operator from analysis of video stream; collusion of video surveillance system operators with violators; organization of the spatial perimeter; significant decreasing of false alarms quantity.
