High-current pulse electron accelerator

Field of application - study of chain plasma-chemical processes under pulse electron beam impact; - study of dissipation of the pulse electron beam with high density of the current beam in gases and liquids; - reconstruction of heavy metals (uranium) from their fluoride compounds; - production of sinking (liquid) fractions from natural gas by initiating nonequilibrium plasma-chemical reactions; - production of nano-dispersed powders of oxides; - industrial water waste purification. Main Features of the Technology An accelerator consists of a high-voltage microsecond generator of Arkadiev-Marks , double forming line on deionized water, working vacuum chamber (pressure up to 10-3 Pa) with a focusing magnate-insulated diode, working vacuum chamber, vacuum system, power system with a high-voltage Arkadiev-Marks generator source (up to 50kV), high-voltage pulse source of the magnetic field (up to 10 kV), automated control system of the accelerator. A number of tricks applied in the generator design provide a high coefficient of efficiency of the accelerator (over 35%), long operation life, beam output to the atmosphere and reactors with an increased pressure.
